The Story of Job makes you wonder why would God allow suffering? We do not always suffer because of sin, but because God is trying to show us something. When you find yourself going through a storm in your life, instead of asking "Why?" you should be asking "What?", What is God up to? What is God trying to produce in my life? The enemy came into their camp and stole everything from David and his soldiers while they were away fighting. It seemed that all was lost, but in 1 Samuel 30:8 "David inquired of the Lord, “Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?” “Pursue them,” he answered. “You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.”" When it seems like nothing is going your way, just stand still and wait for God's answer because when God gives you a YES, you can rest assured that everything will work out fine! Don't lose your CONNECTION! In this current pandemic we use all different types of technology and device stay connected with our family and friends, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, cell phones, even land lines, but the technology is only as good as the connection. John 15:5 says "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." It is just as important to remain connected with God, by reading and studying God's Word and Praying. Even in this isolation, your connection to God is Life itself, and without Him we can do NOTHING!
